In the heartland the racial divide is intense and the Caucasians will prefer a White over a Black and a Black will prefer a Black over a White. Plain and simple and stated the way it is. On the other hand, Obama has been successful in getting more White votes across the country than Hillary has been successful in getting the Black votes. So no matter what exit poll shows about Hillary and Obama supporters not voting for the other candidate, in the general election Obama will get more cross racial votes than will Hillary.
