I'm told that Rush still, 20 years later, consistently has callers from both sides. When I listened to him, he actually favored callers with opposing views. Are you claiming this isn't the case now?

Matthews is no wild eyed liberal you know. He was against the war from the start for all the right reasons and he is relentless critic of the bush admin. That makes him smarter than many of us and not a leftist per se. I have heard him say very nice things about mccain and if obama turns out to be the extreme leftist longshort and david think he is, it wouldnt surprise me in the least to see him move to mccain. He is not a stupid man at all, sometimes obnoxious but never dumb.
