Yes, shooting civilians is murder. Along with suicide bombings and missles and grenades by friends at AlQueda, Taliban, and the insurgents in Iraq. Thanks for clarifying!! Jane

You have no evidence they shot civilians. If that was what you believe it was, it would be easy to determine who they are and investigate it. I am certain it was. Putting panties on someone's head was investigated, do you think they wouldn't investigate a claim they shot civilians? You must think everything exists in neat little bubbles. I suggest you turn it over for investigation. Go to the UN, go to anyone. You look at an old pic a believe what you would like. Do you think someone on youtube just broke something that was unknown? I bet it caused thousands of complaints from whackos like you. Guess you didn't notice the very low perspective from which most of it was filmed. That is because they were being targeted.
