So they just intended to wound them? They sure poured a wave of high caliber bullets on them? Fess up! They were shooting at hapless civilians. That white car was just driving by as they were doing there target practice. There was no sniper there, nobody shooting at them. Certainly the driver in the white car was no threat. You're in denial.
