That would explain some of the price differentials. To get the CT rebate, we would have to use one of the approved companies (there's a list on the website). As I recall, we contacted 3 or 4 of them last year, and only one even got back to us. Anyway, we really want solar shingles, not panels. Honking big solar panels on the roof of a Cape is not going to add value. I am optimistic that we will eventually get there but the time is not yet.
