In other words, Wright did precisely what was needed from the viewpoint of Obama and his campaign. Wright is the man, the target, who gets knocked down as he intercepts the person(s) ready to tackle Obama; thereby, letting Obama continue his run for the goal. Is that fairly close? I.E. Wright was simply running interference for Obama at the Press Club as he let himself become the target rather than Obama. Pretty good political strategy if correct---- seems plausible. mj
