The reality is that Iraq WAS a threat to us in many, many ways, and democratization of Iraq will be a huge benefit for us. Iraq was a broken down dictatorship that could handle it's own shit much less threaten us. And the democratic Iraq will like be the chief ally of Iran and will resemble, at least in part of the country, Afghanistan under the Taliban. Your former claim that it was worth the sacrifice of our soldiers for the Walmarts and McDonalds that you claimed would be in Iraq by now shows your disrespect and stupidity.
