Not true. If health care providers were innovating, then they'd be able to cut costs enough to stay competitive. Every other industry in America does it. When they don't, then they fail to post profits, like GM and Ford. But then those lack of profits give them a powerful incentives to sell a better product and get more efficient. The Health Care Industry needs to be put on a market based track to do the same. Right now what we have is an industry protected from getting efficient by stupid gov't policies.
