If the issue is Tibetan education, and the Chinese have been in control of Tibet since 1950, which is . . . . hmm, let me see, 58 years ago . . . . when, hmm, let me see, the Dalai Lama was all of 15 years old . . . . and hmm, let me see, he left in 1959, almost 50 years ago . . . . who is responsible for the present state of education in Tibet?
