A gasoline tax cut does seem a dopey idea. A gasoline tax increase would be better, stop subsidies for ethanol and give twice that amount as income tax cuts. If people really believe that Greenhouse Effect business, that's another reason that taxes on fuels should be higher, not lower. Make mobile cyberspace a tax free zone. Fire a few divisions of government kleptocrats. Release all prisoners convicted of victimless crimes. Repeal 300 kg of laws each year until the remainder weighs only one ton. Mqurice
