That just isn't true Dave. In Afghanistan, AQ had the support of the friendly rulers of the country that allowed them to stage 9/11, the Taliban. They had no presence in Iraq worth mentioning at the time.

Currently, the AQ leadership works out of Waziristan, a Pakistani province.

So, John is right and you are wrong, you freaking idiot.
