i appreciate all cultures, either by food or otherwise.

food is most accessible, at least from hk.

music - putumayo label - is supreme, and i have the complete set.

writings are far less accessible, and require much more dedication to understand

but food ... ohmigod ... the artistry, the atmosphere, the ... what's the term, yes, ritual, and history – do not get me started on food, from the neat and tidy Japanese seafood, to the sloppy and messy Italian feast, sloppy joe, Mongolian hotpot, shanghai dumplings, Lebanese everything, Hawaiian roast, Thai crab cakes, Indian curry … stop me.

must say, tibetan food leaves something to be desired, and so i must fall back on appreciating its history ... whenever i do, i realize it is trending correctly even as the revisionists try to reintroduce tyranny and despair for the vast majority of population and recover what was always a serfdom domain, until all were made equal in law.

when cb ilaine speaks of culture, i am not sure what she is particularly referring to, and whatever it is in regard to tibet, it cannot be tibetan history, unless she is prime evil.
