Yes, we know. He was a state legislator and, as they are prone to doing, co-sponsored bills. These are not "accomplishments". These are votes on legislation. IN this case, minuscule legislation. For example, Mike Huckabee did far more for Kids healthcare than this de minimus legislation co-sponsored by Obama.

Is there any instance in the last 100 years where s person whose primary experience is that of a state legislator being elected president?
