I think Wright's been miffed at Obama since he was disinvited to the announcement of the Presidential campaign. Obama's mistake was in trusting Wright's supposed affection for him to keep Wright in check, like a crazy old uncle kept in the closet and out of sight. He didn't appreciate that Wright is just another narcissist, looking for power and a payday. Now, they're both mad at each other primarily for publicly worded betrayals. That's what comes of power grabs and out of control egos. Two losers who have been most publicly embarrassed.
