I said long ago the soft spot is TI, which after Dec. 31, 2008, could be sued for selling chips to an unlicensed Nokia. However, as long as Qcom contends that the license was extended, it can't do that.

I think the ODM manufacturers are making the cdma phones. TXN may be supplying chips for wcdma phones, which are currently a tiny part of Nokia's portfolio.
