I think Obama has a nuance position on nuclear energy. He's actually for building more nuke plants, but he wants to make sure we have a safe and secure way to store the waste.

He has been campaigning to sabotage the solution to this very problem (if you didn't notice). Do you think he was just pondering and will to 180 on the issue?
