Michael, Z is making a cheap shot based on hindsight.

The truth is that Bill Clinton was VERY concerned about the civilian deaths and collateral damage during the Kosovo bombing campaign. He was about to call it off when Slobby Milosevic cried uncle.

Then there was the whole "wag the dog" angle, which explains why Clinton was the most hawkish after the Lewinsky scandal broke.

For kosovo the late colonel hackworth predicted fierce serb fighter would send scores of americans back to the US in body bags.

Maybe the lesson from Kosovo is that we need to fight on the side of the terrorists. It will keep the number of casualties down.

Fighting the terrorists has proven to be bloody...
