Given that it happened, that would make your statement counter-factual.

However, that isn't the only time we prosecuted it.

So, we have a history of labeling it as torture. And, we have done it. Despite your claims that we haven't used torture in the past.

Now, you want to shift the discussion to something else. That is ok, I suppose...

You never cease to amaze me.........saying that the US doesn't torture......there have been several incidents during the Iraq and Afghan wars alone. Is it in your DNA where you can't possibly conceive of the US doing something wrong.......or are you simply ignorant?
