It is what we did along with the UN inspection program, quite successfully on the containment front it now seems, for more than 10 years. All we had to do was improve our humanitarian assistance to Iraq and we could have kept it going for a lot longer. Certainly better than the 100 years mcsame wants to spend there with boots on the ground and coffins coming back every month.
