Yes, it was a good day. I just made a pizza. I put a real brick pizza oven in my kitchen when I remodeled it. The steel frame came from a real pizzeria. I replaced the brick because the old crumbled. I have several commercial appliances in the kitchen. The little kitchen at the end of the house on the pond side is just used for picnicking and outdoor events. It is a good backup for the outdoor equipment. Nice relief in the market! I hope their are no more interest rate cuts.
