Z, your positions are all based on hindsight.

I'll bet if Bill Clinton ceased bombing before Milosevic surrendered, you would have preferred doing nothing in Kosovo.

Since you said you're not a complete isolationist, tell us which regions of the world we should continue to intervene in and by how much. Shouldn't be that many, given your desire to drastically reduce our military presence.
