Yeah, we can argue that point, whether it is possible (and desirable) to have presence without casualties. It is different from saying that "mcsame wants to spend there with boots on the ground and coffins coming back every month", which McCain specifically said he does not want. How the hell do you maintain a military force in a war torn country and not have soldiers come back in coffins or missing limbs or suffering from PTSD? How casually you all talk about putting a death sentence on your fellow Americans. You have know idea how angry Americans are getting over the nonsensical paranoia of the right and this war.
