It is not good for our country, but it helps the excessive spenders balance their budget instead of being fiscally responsible and having to make hard decisions. They rather hurt the individuals...and sat it is for the good of the country. BS. More business people are needed in Washington and less attorneys. These guys do not have a clue as to what can be saved. I met with an equipment supplier yesterday and I am purchasing the same backhoe as the "government". It is a $329,000 unit. It is spec'd out the same. We both are getting the exact same unit, both shall weigh 128,000 lbs...you get the idea. My spec is 1/2 page, the "governments" is 308 pages... for one piece of equipment! Do you realize how stupid that is? Do you realize how much money was spent for no reason preparing this? Can you imagine the meetings on the wording...did you know this is one example that goes on across our country on a daily basis? There are so many more, but they want to have more money so that they can pay for this stupid purchasing method. Do they consolidate offices or do they duplicate staffs? They duplicate staffs. Our government is so poorly run and organized, yet they have people convinced that we should give them more and that it is for our benefit. So little effort is being made to organize our government departments efficiently. It is outrageous, and you have partisan fools protecting this because they do not have a clue. Kenneth is but one example of that. Not one of the three candidates is a leader. Someone who could make changes...they are 3 mediocre candidates, and it is amazing that the snake oil salesmen still fool so many. Without the party support behind them, they are nothing.
