CAQ turned out pretty well. I expect the same for CZJ. Better than a money market, though I expected even more return. Still, betting for the Asian currencies against the Bush Peso with a guarantee of not losing capital was a pretty good play.

Mike,

What would be the most efficient way to do this market neutral trade, long gold/short platinum, if you were going to do it?

Any ideas?

Craig

Mike,

You ever do that long gold, short platinum trade? Looking very nice at the moment. Gold up 8%, platinum down 8% since you wrote the note I'm replying to.

I think auto sales, rather than the possible partial substitution of gold for platinum in catalytic converters was prolly the main reason.
