Tim...in that WHOLE post you didn't say anything about YOUR Family.

I thought you'd come back and say "MY Family had nothing too", but they were able to find ONE potato and divide it up and heat some oil and invent the french fry, or something like that.

SO...Tell Us about the Poverty in your Family and HOW they were able to overcome it without ANY connections or residual family wealth.

I'll put the WPA up against the Iraq War, ANY DAY...when it comes to "less useful things and cost". The WPA was wastefull to some extent, just like ANY government program, but all the waste STILL went into the U.S. economy, unlike this Mid East "fiasco" where ALL of the money is going to HURT the U.S. rather than help it.

ALL that "waste money" went into regional economies IN the U.S.
