That's not a good idea to make you feel like that: <I won't and feel excluded, somehow inferior, left out, psychologically damaged.....> Why won't you be getting money? I haven't read about it and maybe it's only people who borrowed big and failed to meet their house payments. Or maybe only those on the electoral roll. Or those in the Republican or Democrat parties. I suppose I could ask Google and then guess why you won't. I suppose illegal immigrants won't get it. Nor felons. Nor children. Nor old geezers. Nor rich people who would just pile it into the money bin and not go shopping. I suppose you are in that category. When the mob is sharpening their scythes and sickles, axes and picks, then it's perhaps they to whom the money should be sent, to distract them from the inclination to start walking towards the Palace drawbridge.
