All pumps around here are prepay. Haven't seen a post pay pump in over 10 years.

where is that article from, Arkansas?

Nothing but prepay pumps in nearly all of California. Most are pay-at-the-pump via cards.

Probably from New Jersey where its a jailable offense to pump your own gas.
