Now you're just toying with me. ;-) More teasing than toying, because I have a serious purpose. I think it's helpful to pin down just what it is that you want to sustain. It's not coal. It's not policies. It's ________... The reason I think it's particularly helpful is because energy policy right now has environmental and defense elements in it, which conflict. If folks can first reach consensus on what it is that they want to sustain, maybe there would follow some consensus on the approach. If not, at least the basis for disagreement would be clearer.
