I tend to agree and see a de facto partition in a de jure iraq as a possible solution. I think iran would be amenable. They are not stupid and dont want to have to rule an angry sunni majority. Kurds would be happy as well. That leaves sunnis out in the cold, so you need to pay them off with a fair share of shiaa and kurdish oil profits. Iraq could end up like jordan. Maybe you want to be King, Al?? (g) King Al has a nice ring to it.
