chill, please, bearcatbob. mme gives respect to and listens to all but disagrees with what she disagrees with. you are out of line, imo. and the world is in a warming period. the 'reason' is not relevant except in actions taken. we ARE warming. so there. so stop already. and talk solutions. if you disagree with the reasons... is it simply a natural turn of nature or man-made? or a combo? that matters in terms of solution. but it never hurts to cut down on gas usage and such, does it? and runoff from ag is big problem. farmers are mostly working hard on that. partly an advent of 20th century chemicals used. my granny hated chemicals. you want to keep pests from your tomatoes? mix a lil tabacco with water and spray it on. amazing humans managed to grow crops up until the advent of chemical stuff. then it runs off in the water. and idjuts plow fields too close to water supplies. farmers tend to like to fish, also. they take it to heart when they mess up their rivers and learn from it. and don't you go talking snippy to mme. i will grrrrrrrrrr you if you do.

I'm not actually a big global warming alarmist- so you'll need to pick a fight with someone else.

Best of luck to you.
