your point is proven false by how the problem is being dealt with elsewhere even though it IS bundled I was talking about the US. It seemed that you were, too. how it was dealt with here WHEN bundled when Clinton was president. If you know of something, please share. Like I said, I was watching that from fairly close while Clinton was president. Back before it was bundled. I think I would have noticed. Unless by "dealt with" you meant EPA employees grumbling over the lack of progress, in which case I suppose you might call it "dealt with." As for Clinton, I'm not sure he had any interest. Gore had some. He even showed up once at HQ. Didn't stop the runoff, though. They are much more like me than like you. I don't follow that at all. The only difference I'm noticing is that you're optimistic and I'm resigned. Are you saying that optimism will carry the day? If so, you really are an optimist.
