The cognitive dissonance of that is a little alarming.

And no, I don't believe you. The admin sets the tone for how forcefully the agencies will advance their agendas. I know people who work in agencies- I know you think you are the expert par excellence, but some of my good friends from law school work in DC in agencies. So pardon me not believing you.
