they had trained me to tell the trut My Dad told a story of how a neighbor of his had a peach tree whose branch drooped over his mother's fence. A big juicy peach grew on that branch, and Dad watched it ripen but never took it. The neighbor saw Dad drooling over that peach, and when it was ready he picked it and cut it in half, giving half to Dad. Somehow I think our generation got a different upbringing than the current one.
