Yo are generally correct but I have known several cases Where the SEC got involved and even called in the US attorney. Check out SEC actions against companies coming from Salt Lake City with the same transfer agent as this one.Indeed in my opinion not so honest Dale should have been in jail.You should consider some of his stock printing and touring as well as his payments to individuals such as the clown.

I'm sorry, Richard, but in my opinion, continually calling someone a "clown" is obviously a "PERSONAL ATTACK" and certainly does not fall into the category of touting the stock or bashing the stock. I personally think that if you are going to set boundaries for this thread that they should be consistently enforced. Thank you.
