Clarification of my earlier comment about The Reivers: (Misspelled in that post, too.)

I was possibly conflating two different films, as The Reivers is not a Western.

The fact that it was a novel by William Faulkner seemed to also escape my attention.

Despite being oh-for-two factually, I wonder if that is where they derived the name for the Reavers?
