re LBWR -

the company announced that it had entered into an agreement with a leading petrochemical company in the area of canine security valued at $2.25 million per year "for an initial term of 5 years"

Hummmm. Why is it that your version is a tad bit different from what they really wrote.

Labwire, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: LBWR), a leading provider of employee screening solutions and canine security and surveillance services, is pleased to announce that it has entered into a Blanket Services Agreement ("BSA") with a leading oil and natural gas producer, natural gas marketer, gasoline marketer, and petrochemical manufacturer (the "Petrochemical Company"). Under the terms of the BSA, Labwire will ensure site security to the Petrochemical Company's refinery, storage, and other facilities located throughout North America through the provision of: (i) day to day canine security and contraband (explosive and drug) detection services and (ii) canine and armed officer emergency and disaster response services. The BSA is valued at up to $2.25 million annually and is for an initial term of five years.

Hummm... wonder who this could be ~> (the "Petrochemical Company"). Guess we will find out once the 8k's start flowing.

So here is what I want to know, mr. shorts. If that's your smoke, then where's the fire? What I mean is that you are suggesting that Labwire has pumped the company. Well then, how do you explain the fact that management has not sold one of their 144's ever? Furthermore, the company has sold no shares into the market in almost 2 years now. Isn't that odd if they are trying to pump? Where's the dump? lol

Wow, thanks Shorts for pointing out a positive that many should be very happy to see!!

May I ask why you look at this as a negative? I see it is a positive.

<<Labwire is paid a 5% commission for the K-9 security services that it refers to Labwire Security, Inc. The commissions received by the Company have been less than 1% of the Company’s gross revenues."

So LBWR is getting 5% commission yet that commission represents LESS THEN 1% of GROSS REVENUES

In other words, LBWR is kicking butt and taking names. Gross revenue must be looking very good if the 5% commission is LESS THEN 1% of LBWR's GROSS REVENUE

Thank you for pointing out that LBWR's Gross Revenue is a rather nice large figure and thanks for pointing out the 5% commission is less then 1% of their TOTAL gross revenues, which shows that LBWR is bringing in some serious money if that 5% is indeed less then 1% of their total gross. I'll take that 5%...just icing on the cake...also thrilled that Dex owns 50% of the other entity...could mean LBWR will get a bigger slice then 5% eventually.....I doubt LBWR will give any biz to a competitor....they will keep it with the other company that dex owns 50% of and there is a good possibility that we end up with more then 5%. If we don't, your post has proven it doesn't really matter. As you belittle the fact we are only getting 5%, you also show that that %5 has minimal impact on LBWR's Gross Revenues, as it comprises LESS then 1% of the total Gross.....so, Thanks for showing how well LBWR is executing and they must be executing pretty darned well if that 5% is diddly when compared to their total gross........all you have done is shown that LBWR is doing very well and has tremendous future growth potential, imo.

Why are you concerned that Dex owns 50% of another company? I think that is a good thing. Most legitimate companies have their feet in many fires. Most competant CEO's are involved in far more then a single business. I am glad to see DEX has other Legitimate Businesses under his wing. Sure sets him aside from PHGI's JB and most other scammy ceo's imo who have 10 different businesses/deals going on, none of which are legit imo.

Shorts, may I ask if you have taken a look at any of LBWR's customers? If LBWR was a scam, would you not think that Fortune 100/500/1000 companies would do proper DD before giving their business to a scam? I think these huge companies do very good DD and yet here they are, signing contracts with LBWR. Now why would so many huge companies sign contracts with a scam? IMO, they did their DD on LBWR and liked what they saw and that is why they are doing biz with LBWR. If they did DD and saw a scam or anything that smells fishy, they would not even entertain doing biz with LBWR imo. The fact large companies are doing biz with LBWR is a very good sign imo, as is the fact we are getting 5% commission which is less then 1% of our total GR's, which shows that gross revenue is doing very, very well.

Do you think they will complete the uplist to the OTC?

OK, so you said you are not short and have never shorted a penny stock....you have also recently said you no longer play/own any penny stocks. Why say that in one place, but in other places you post claiming you are a shareholder? Thats a bit contradictory, no?

Why the sudden interest in LBWR? With so many penny stocks that are scams do you not think it is a bit odd that the same people show up on the same stocks bashing them at the same times? In other words, it looks very much like you and others are literally bashing stocks that certain individuals post about.......you guys seem to pick the stocks you will beat to death based on what individuals are posting about without much care about what company it is. So many scammy stocks yet you and others only target those stocks that certain individuals post about....very odd IMO....

Anyway, nice to have you back on SI and feel free to post any red flags you find....Nobody here is interested in ra ra sis boom ba fluff...if there are red flags then we want to hear about them, assuming there is no twisting going on...I notice you claimed LBWR LIED in a PR, however when you posted the supposed lie, you left out a very key word...UP..and that one word WAS in the PR and changed the entire meaning...however when YOU posted it you conveniently (coincidental?? lol...) left out the word and then claimed they lied. Put the word back in as THE COMPANY PR'd it, and it far from what you claim......I welcome your posts, but not if you are going to attempt to play deceptive games in an effort to mislead people. If this IS a scam then it will go to zero without any lies being posted so why do you feel the need to take a public PR, omitt the word(s) that enable it to suit you and then post the false and misleading information?

Peace, Keith
