That position is pretty extreme when you consider the local hand gun ban extending to a person's home is likely to be held unconstitutional by the Supreme Court this year. It is just terrible public policy to say that people cannot defend themselves in their own home. I think the NRA may be working up some ad copy on this one. If not, they should be.
