What are your thoughts? The setup of a native preserve here is an excuse for the Japanese/Hawaiian and the Chinese/Hawaiian to rape the state. The people running this thing would engineer payouts to the beach dwelling welfare cases while ripping off the preserve for millions and millions. This is what they did with the present trusts, until they were caught. That's why they want this setup. They can then thumb there noses at local law enforcement. When our Bus Drivers make more than our teachers, we are already out of control. But the 20,000 tourists a week coming here covers all the graft and corruption.
