Tim, do you understand the *difference* between "on budget" and "off budget"?

(Or are you just pretending that you don't... so the deficit spending can continue?)

Do you understand the STATUTORY LIMITATIONS which mandate that neither the Congressional Budget Office, nor the administration's Office of Management and the Budget can add in the effects of officially "off budget" spending (no matter how large, no matter how persistent it is) when they are preparing their economic projections and recommendations for tax policies, or deficit-reduction policies or such?

Do you UNDERSTAND the political IMPORTANCE of running such a successful propagandistic 'hide the deficit' shell game on the American public, utilizing all these official government organs and the laziness of the media to accomplish the desired effect:

To ANESTHETIZE the public to Federal deficit spending, to the massive continuing costs of the War/Occupation, and the continuous deficit spending of the government.
