If i were an older jew living in germany today i might say goddamn germany too sometimes. Wright was a marine and lived thru the depression, jim crowe and WW2. I think he is in a temporal rift when he says some of these things like he is stuck in the 30s, 40s, 50s and 60s. If i was obama and he screwed me over the way he just did, i would be pissed but i would still love the guy who helped explain my identity to me. I have said several times that obama is not african american. He is half african and half white but was treated as and categorized as an african-american because of our legacy of racism. So put in that basket, obama went out to find the truth and his truth much to the chagrin of rev Wrong, is tolerance and understanding and appealing to our highest nature. But INODE is like WRIGHT. He is old and can only see the dark side of things.

It seems to me he stated that pretty clearly in the interview. Okay, he said, "And that's not who I thought he was." But then, we find out later in the interview, that he knew damned well Wright was a problem, because he had to advise him that he was "disinvited" to deliver the invocation. I'm sure you can see what you want to see in it. If you look at the interview objectively, it is packed with problems. This is the only outright lie that jumps out at me, but the vagueness in his other discussion is a clear warning signal.
