Well keep me posted cause if your area, Manhattan ect..don't crash in the next year then a ton of other areas that have been decimated will reverse and appreciate dramatically once we get passed this foreclosure epidemic.. The debasing of our dollar hasn't helped yet but it will someday I'm sure of it..

Zoom in on realquest to get a handle on the incredible amount of foreclosure activity in ground zero.. Then check out your favorite SI valley hood will probably have a very low amount of activity..that is key to holding up a market today..
