Kurt- I am so glad she is alive - what a devastating experience for a young woman. What lousy timing to be hurt right when summer is starting and so much to do. Have your son bring her goodies from outside the hospital once in awhile- hospital food is nearly inedible and it sounds like she will be there for awhile. God- I hope she recovers fully!
