s...the arabs certainly have their share of blame and guilt. and certainly many arabs fail to see that they are equally responcible for the plieght of the pals.... the fact is that it is israel who suffers more the consequences of having displaced so many former inhabitants but the fact of the matter is that the problem is not going to go away by pretending its not at all ones fault. so.....either negotiate or eliminate. standing there with crossed arms saying its not your responcibility so you wont do anything is stupid and obviously counter to your long term interests
