Interesting news from Prince William County -- the epicenter of my bankruptcies initiated by foreclosures -- housing sales up. Due, of course, prices being much lower, this is bargain hunting but also shows the benefits of maintaining liquidity. I wonder how many of the new buyers are legal -- citizens or green card holders -- Prince William being the one of the places where they cracked down on illegals. So many of my foreclosure/bankruptcy clients are "recent immigrants".
