Two problems:
1) It is missing a swing low to make the lower line -- a second point to make a lower line. Remember, I never count the low of the previous decline -- in this case the March low.

2) A decent wedge very rarely goes that far into the apex. To act like a wedge starts with breaking out of it before getting farther along than 80% of the wedge length.
