Nadine had a good point about the necessity of repetition to get information out to the "not-so-politically-addicted-as we-are" Americans. I think that's true. But I also find it very sad that decisions are made on not always accurate soundbites- be it WRight's sermons or McCain's 100 years. I couldn't care less if Obama continues in that church, though if elected, he can easily and justifiably leave it. I also find a fundraiser and the joint serving on boards unpersuasive of a deep friendship and shared value system existing between Ayers and Obama- and not nearly as meaningful as the acknowledged one between Wright and Obama. It makes sense to me that they run in similar liberal community activist circles and know each other.

I'm just ready for the next scandal or disaster. I think we have sucked the marrow from the bones of this one.
