My old con law prof used to always say "it all depends on whose ox is being gored." Libs are great in avoiding the production side by talking only conservation and alternate energies=govt subsidies which sometimes go awry as in ethanol. Cons will drill in their own back yard if they could make a buck or have their kids mine coal if coal existed there. There are ways to do this that respect the fears of both groups. I think i was a little tough on cons although i am sure son of inode is out there digging now for coal. (g)
