Well, communism doesn't work, so it would fail of its own accord unless you have people like Reagan exposing its weakness. As for the 'kids', I was one too back then and I didn't do that stuff. I was disgusted with them then as I am now. I don't think they were rational at all, but stoned and willing to listen to demagogues. Unfortunately, I don't see a whole lot different today, except different demagogues. The failure of communism is in large part due to the sacrifices of our American military and policies that don't kowtow to it, or intimate that it's baloney.
