boyfriend in Chapel Hill Well, that 'splains a lot about the debate. :) We do have Chappell Hill, a small town 50 miles northwest of Houston. It has a Bluebonnet Festival in the spring and a Scarecrow Festival in the fall, and up the road a short distance is the home of Blue Bell Ice Cream in Brenham.
