Many Moose; Keeping a free country and ally between the Indian and Pacific Oceans. Is it the role of America to go into every country to keep that country free? How about the African countries? Are you suggesting VietNam was a strategic country to our military? Do you think China and Russia might have thought the same thing? After all it was their next door neighbor? The world does not revolve around us - each country also has their strategic priorities. Start messing with others super powers in their back yard thinking somehow you're better than they are and the result is annihilation. Think Cuba. steve
